📋 Description

• Lead rigorous discovery and user research to inform design decisions at scale across QIMA's
• Move beyond static mockups to functional, clickable prototypes; hand off to engineering to
• Set a high bar for craft with attention to detail, reducing friction and iterating before
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to align design with business goals and
• Design modular, scalable client experiences that balance client needs with platform-wide reuse.
• Define metrics for success (adoption, completion, time-to-insight, retention) and track outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience (≈7+ years) in UX research, product design, or related roles with ownership
• Portfolio showing working prototypes that influenced engineering decisions.
• Strong UX craft and ability to translate standards into QIMA’s client experience.
• Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments; able to move fast while designing for scale.
• Hands-on across the full workflow: client interviews, data analysis, and design decisions backed by
• Proficiency with AI-augmented design practices and prototyping tools beyond static software
