Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Contribute to CI/CD workflows and development efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

Strong experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core in production.
Solid understanding of ADO.NET and SQL Server; DB design and tuning.
Hands-on experience with SOAP and RESTful services.
Proficiency in XML serialization/deserialization.
Strong software design pattern knowledge and best practices.
Advanced English proficiency.
