📋 Description

• Develop, optimize, verify, and validate clinical-grade assay technologies for a multiomic platform.
• Work across manual and automated workflows to transfer NGS-based assays to high-throughput
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance cancer detection diagnostics.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, or related field with 4+ years in life sciences
• Experience designing and leading verification/validation studies for IVD assays in regulated
• Extensive hands-on experience with NGS-based automated assay development and automation platforms.
• Experience with nucleic acid preparation, PCR/qPCR, ctDNA/cfDNA in NGS workflows.
• Strong data analysis, independent troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to document development requirements and author protocols/reports per cGLP/cGDP.
