📋 Description

  • Lead observability platforms across logs, metrics, traces, alerts, and synthetic monitoring.
  • Own and optimize large-scale telemetry pipelines processing high data volumes.
  • Build scalable Kubernetes-based observability services using Helm, CI/CD, GCP, GKE, Docker.
  • Define dashboards, alerting standards, and onboarding resources for engineers.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, NOC, Security, and vendor teams.
  • Evaluate new observability tech and OpenTelemetry adoption.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in software engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
  • Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Strong Kubernetes and Docker experience.
  • Extensive observability tooling: Grafana, ELK, Kafka, Prometheus, Zabbix.
  • IaC with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Cloud: GCP/AWS/Azure; programming: Go/Java/JS/Python.
