Plan, set up, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other channels
Manage digital advertising budgets and reallocate based on performance
Monitor performance and identify delivery issues and optimisation opportunities
Optimize campaigns for CPL, CAC/CPA, conversion rate, CTR and other KPIs
Set up end-to-end campaigns: structure, targeting, keywords, bidding, tracking
Analyse performance to improve acquisition and drive efficiencies

🎯 Requirements

Hands-on performance marketing experience
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; TikTok Ads is a plus
Understand funnel metrics: CPL, CAC/CPA, conversion rate
Ability to analyse data and propose actionable actions
Experience with campaign setup, optimization, targeting and remarketing
Experience with A/B testing and experiments
