🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree or equivalent in engineering, life sciences, or medical field.
• 8+ years sales experience, with 5+ years in medical device sales.
• 2+ years selling and implementing digital hospital solutions.
• Strong knowledge of OR workflows, IT infra, EMR/PACS; English proficiency; other languages a plus.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel >60% and work across EU/US/APAC regions.
