📋 Description

• Lead multidisciplinary teams for AI engineers, QA, imaging tech
• Develop AI models for DICOM, video, PDF, media processing
• Establish processes for model development, validation, deployment
• Create and maintain UAT docs and evaluate AI performance
• Assist deploying AI models in client/org environments
• Own ongoing AI platform maintenance and evolution

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or higher in STEM
• 2+ years in Image AI or related field
• Strong AI model development knowledge for medical images
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and set clear priorities
• Excellent communication with technical teams, leadership, clients
• Strong organizational skills and accountability
