📋 Description

• Senior Director to lead and optimize strategic alliances, notably with Kyowa Kirin.
• Oversee governance, alliance strategies, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate governance decisions into actionable execution plans and milestones.
• Ensure timely communication and accountability across internal teams and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences, business or related field preferred.
• 12+ years in alliance management or partnerships within pharma/biotech.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Executive presence with ability to influence across functions.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Experience working in matrix teams and with commercial, BD, clinical, CMC, R&D, finance, legal.
