Senior Director, Assistant Controller

📋 Description

• Lead global accounting operations with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close across entities and currencies.
• Oversee consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and multi-currency reporting.
• Oversee external audits and ensure efficient audit preparation and compliance.
• Drive process improvements and automation across accounting operations and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience; SaaS/tech experience preferred.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge; experience with ASC 606.
• Experience leading accounting teams and multi-entity international organizations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Workday, Oracle) and automation tools.
