Senior Director, Assistant Controller

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual global close process across entities and
• Own technical accounting research for areas like ASC 606, ASC 842, stock-based compensation, and
• Develop and coach a multi-role accounting team, driving performance and career growth.
• Oversee consolidation of international subsidiaries and multi-currency reporting.
• Partner with FP&A to align actuals, forecasts, and management reporting.
• Drive automation and systems improvements across the record-to-report cycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, SaaS/tech preferred.
• Experience with multi-entity, international setups and multi-currency consolidation.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606; strong technical accounting background.
• Proven people-management with ability to build high-performing teams.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Workday, Oracle) and automation tools.
