Senior Director, Category Management and Procurement – API and Third Party Manufacturing

📋 Description

• Lead global TPM category management and portfolio execution for API and third party manufacturing
• Set strategies that balance speed, risk management, value creation, and scalability
• Partner with TPM leaders, the CPO, and cross-functional teams to transform procurement
• Direct a global team of category professionals and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of strategic sourcing and procurement experience; pharma/biotech preferred
• Demonstrated TPM procurement expertise and leadership of large category portfolios
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS/PhD preferred; professional procurement certification desirable
• Experience with Coupa, SAP, Ariba; strong contract law understanding and global view
• Strategic thinker with strong execution, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive cross-functional alignment
