Senior Director, Clinical Compliance

📋 Description

• Own and oversee a compliant program aligned with OIG framework.
• Lead regulator-facing documentation and demonstrate program effectiveness.
• Establish policies, procedures, training, and oversight across orgs.
• Manage policy/SOP lifecycle, reviews, attestations, and mappings to OIG/CMS.
• Own HIPAA Privacy and Security programs, including breach response.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed compliance in operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in healthcare compliance or health law with end-to-end program ownership.
• Deep knowledge of OIG Seven Elements and regulatory controls.
• Proven HIPAA Privacy and Security program ownership and regulatory docs.
• Strong understanding of CMS, Stark, exclusion, sanction, conflicts of interest.
• GDPR and data-protection experience preferred.
• Experience scaling a compliance team in multi-state, tech-enabled env.
