📋 Description

• Own ROI and clinical outcomes methodology for member populations and payers.
• Defend methodology to payers and actuarial firms under scrutiny.
• Build scalable ROI/evidence system for new populations and payer conversations.
• Own clinical research agenda; publish white papers and external outputs.
• Translate research findings into care delivery with clinical teams.
• Serve as internal clinical outcomes expert; contribute to external narratives without owning the

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in health economics, biostatistics, epidemiology, economics, or related
• 12+ years in health economics/actuary; 4+ years of team leadership.
• Genuine research experience with published white papers or peer-reviewed work.
• Deep expertise in causal inference as applied to healthcare cost/outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with healthcare claims data (medical and Rx) for cost/utilization analyses.
• Direct experience presenting ROI/outcomes methodology to payers/actuaries and defending under
