📋 Description

• Lead ROI and clinical outcomes methodologies for healthcare impact and decision support.
• Serve as the technical authority for outcomes research with payers, actuaries, and partners.
• Build scalable evidence frameworks for new populations, programs, and partnerships.
• Drive the clinical research agenda with white papers and external studies.
• Translate findings into care strategies with clinical and care delivery teams.
• Mentor analytics team; apply AI, automation, and advanced analytics to scale research.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s in health economics, biostatistics, epidemiology, economics, or related field; PhD
• 12+ years in health economics/actuarial analytics with ROI/value-based care experience.
• 4+ years leading teams; strong publication record
• Deep expertise in causal inference, risk adjustment, matched cohort designs.
• Hands-on with healthcare claims data (medical and Rx) for cost/utilization analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL, R, or Python; experience with automation/AI tools and dashboards.
