Senior Director, Corporate Accounting and Reporting

📋 Description

• Lead external SEC reporting (10-K/10-Q/8-K) and earnings releases.
• Ensure GAAP, SEC rules, SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Manage quarterly and annual reporting cycles with auditors and stakeholders.
• Oversee financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures.
• Present key disclosures to senior management and the Disclosure Committee.
• Drive process improvements with automation and AI-enabled tools.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA required; Big 4 public accounting experience preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting.
• Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and external reporting.
• Strong technical accounting background with complex transactions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
