🎯 Requirements

12+ years managing employees in implementation or project management (HR/SaaS preferred).
10+ years of management, onboarding enterprise customers in a customer-facing role.
Experience leading multi-product line implementations (benefits admin/HR tech a plus).
Track record of building high-performing teams and distributed workforce management.
Experience managing capacity, forecasting, and vendor management.
Strong relationship-building and cross-functional influence.

🎁 Benefits

Salary range: $170,000 - $190,000
