📋 Description

• Senior Director leading data platforms and architecture practice.
• Oversee client delivery, staffing, and technical excellence across data engineering initiatives.
• Drive service delivery frameworks and architecture reviews with principal architects.
• Mentor delivery teams, manage capacity, and optimize learning resources.
• Champion client success and quarterly tech roadmap communications.
• Collaborate with SA team to align technology and delivery strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years in technology leadership within a consultancy.
• Expertise in modern data engineering, preferably Azure data warehousing, data lakes, lake house.
• Broad experience across data governance, architecture, integration, classification, analysis
• Strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading data practitioners, defining team processes and expectations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
