🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in biotech/pharma/healthcare with 5+ years building enterprise/global training strategies.
• Advanced clinical degree (RN, NP, Nurse Education, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of medical/scientific capability requirements in Medical Affairs, Field Medical
• Experience with instructional design, training methods, and modern learning tech.
• Certification in instructional design/training/change management preferred.
• Strong data-driven approach to assess training effectiveness and business impact.
