• Own the national distribution strategy and lead expansion of the DSD network across major markets.
• Lead distributor implementations from contract signing through setup and first shipments.

• Proven track record managing distribution networks, especially DSD across major markets.
• Experience building market growth strategies in beverage/beverage-related sectors.
• Strong distributor management, retail execution, and channel development knowledge.
• Demonstrated people leadership with coaching and performance management.
• Experience with syndicated data and reporting platforms to monitor performance.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with KPIs, scorecards, and business impact.
