Senior Director, Enterprise Data

📋 Description

• Own and evolve revenue tech ecosystem: Salesforce, finance, CPQ
• Lead CPQ capabilities aligned to pricing and products
• Build and govern enterprise data infrastructure with quality governance
• Ensure data serves Finance, HR, Sales, Ops, CS as reliable infra
• Drive integrations across apps using Workato and related tech
• Partner with IT and Security for responsible AI and automation foundations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading enterprise tech functions with ownership of teams
• Hands-on Salesforce experience; CPQ and HRIS knowledge
• Experience building scalable enterprise data infrastructure
• Experience with AI, automation, and integration tech; Workato advantage
• Strong enterprise architecture and ecosystem thinking
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity with cross-functional stakeholders
