📋 Description

• Lead PV Medical Writing function; ensure high-quality, compliant deliverables.
• Manage and develop PV Medical Writing team; foster growth.
• Drive quality, inspection readiness; oversee SOPs, KPIs, audits, inspections.
• Provide strategic PV writing expertise to clients and project teams.
• Support business development; proposals, bid defenses, client engagements.
• Oversee resources, budgets, and service delivery performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in life sciences or healthcare; PhD preferred.
• Extensive PV Writing experience with leadership background.
• Deep knowledge of global PV regulations; authoring/safety reports.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, inspections, QPPV responsibilities.
• Strong business acumen; proposals and client engagements.
• Excellent scientific, regulatory, analytical skills; clear docs.
