Senior Director, Finance Systems & Applications

📋 Description

• Lead strategy and roadmap for core finance systems (NetSuite, Celigo, Brex, Pigment, Zip)
• Design and govern integrations (Salesforce, Workday, Ashby) ensuring data flow and reliability
• Establish governance, controls, and SOX-compliant financial processes
• Drive AI-powered automation to improve reporting and decision-making
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Ops, HR, IT for scalable solutions
• Oversee enterprise-wide finance system initiatives from strategy to deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years leading Finance Systems in high-growth SaaS
• Experience scaling finance systems in $100M–$750M+ ARR environments
• Hands-on NetSuite administration; experience with Celigo, Workato, Boomi
• Experience with ERP, FP&A, spend management, procurement, CRM, HRIS; tools like Brex, Pigment
• Proven AI-powered automation design for finance operations
• Strong SQL and data analysis; ability to validate outputs
