📋 Description

• Lead global sales enablement with training roadmap for the enterprise team
• Build enablement strategy for AI-driven product roadmap
• Design curricula on market, competition, products, and skills
• Own onboarding, annual kickoffs, and ongoing training programs
• Travel up to 10% as needed

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years in sales training design, development, and delivery
• Minimum 5 years managing and directing an enablement team
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
