🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in government relations, public admin, international development, public policy, or
• Experience with governments, public institutions, multilateral orgs, donors, or similar.
• Experience supporting grassroots or locally led orgs in developing public-sector engagement in
• Strong understanding of policymaking, development finance, government systems, and education
• Excellent relationship-building, facilitation, coaching, stakeholder-management across cultures.
• Strong strategic thinking in complex political/operational environments.
