  • Experience supporting grassroots or locally led orgs in developing public-sector engagement in
  • Strong understanding of policymaking, development finance, government systems, and education
  • Excellent relationship-building, facilitation, coaching, stakeholder-management across cultures.
  • Strong strategic thinking in complex political/operational environments.
