Senior Director, Hardware & Firmware product engineering

📋 Description

• Lead engineering activities to deliver hardware products from concept to production launch.
• Ensure product delivery meets quality, cost, schedule, and performance targets.
• Align Hardware, Firmware, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams on delivery goals.
• Champion development practices (DFM, DFT) and drive lifecycle improvements.
• Foster innovation and evolve product platforms with cross-functional partners.
• Own governance and stakeholder communication for product delivery and design metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Admin, or equivalent.
• 7+ years in electronic product engineering and embedded systems (hardware/firmware).
• 5+ years in technology delivery or product development leadership.
• Strong people leadership and change management skills.
• Proven ability to influence and build trusted cross-functional relationships.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
