• Lead hardware product development from concept to production launch
• Ensure delivery meets quality, cost, schedule, and performance
• Define and validate product requirements and acceptance criteria
• Identify, assess, and manage risks
• Align Hardware, Firmware, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams
• Improve engineering standards, processes, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Admin, or equivalent
• 5+ years leading technology delivery or product development
• 7+ years of people leadership
• Experience in electronic and embedded products (hardware/firmware)
• Led large-scale organizational transformation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
