Senior Director, Interoperability

📋 Description

• Define and own multi-year interoperability vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable objectives.
• Lead compliance across CMS interoperability, prior authorization, and future regulatory
• Build and scale data exchange ops: clinical data acquisition, integration operations, telephony.
• Align Clinical, Operations, Engineering, Data, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships, multi-million-dollar partnerships, and value delivery.
• Represent org with providers, regulators, industry groups, and shape policy where appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience, leading leaders and scaling multi-function orgs.
• Deep expertise in healthcare interoperability: FHIR, HL7, C-CDA, data exchange, EHR connectivity.
• Proven experience delivering regulatory/compliance initiatives, ideally CMS interoperability
• Strong understanding of CMS rules, ASTP/ONC, TEFCA, and information-blocking rules.
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders around a strategy and drive execution.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar vendor relationships and partnerships.
