📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Finance M&A integration, Day 1 readiness, and post-close transition plans.
• Establish governance cadence, steering committees, cross-functional handoffs, and risk mitigation.
• Standardize global finance systems and workflows with IT, Corporate Development, GTM and People
• Define strategic target operating models and retention/knowledge capture capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools to enhance workflows.
• Extensive track record leading Finance M&A integrations, cut-overs, and enterprise finance
• End-to-end expertise across R2R, O2C, FP&A, S2P, Tax, Treasury, and Payroll.
• Proven governance models, Steering Committee cadences, and integration metrics for high-growth
• Strong ability to distill complex challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps and guide
