📋 Description

• Lead Middle East growth strategy for Shield AI product portfolio (X-BAT, V-BAT, ViDAR, Hivemind)
• Build and manage a regional team targeting significant annual orders and multi-year pipeline
• Own end-to-end capture and sales from early engagement to contract and growth
• Engage senior military, government, and defense industry stakeholders
• Differentiate Shield AI in regulated defense procurements
• Collaborate with product, legal, export compliance, and operations to align roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of BD in the Middle East within defense, aerospace, or national security
• Deep understanding of regional procurement, offsets, export sensitivities, and indigenization
• Fluency in English; Arabic strongly preferred
• Proven track record closing complex defense programs across hardware and software
• Technical experience with autonomy, UAVs, ISR, and advanced sensing
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management; cross-functional leadership
