Senior Director of Construction and Operations, IPP

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end operational oversight for the project portfolio from construction through COD and
• Oversee EPC construction within scope, schedule, and budget; mentor project delivery teams.
• Manage third-party operators, asset managers, and technical service providers to optimize
• Drive safety leadership, KPIs, and SLAs across external partners and sites.
• Coordinate operating budgets and financial reporting for construction and operations phases.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and investor reporting for capital partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in renewable energy construction or asset operations at an owner/developer level.
• Proven multi-project portfolio leadership and EPC procurement experience.
• Strong financial literacy with project finance, tax equity, and IE processes understanding.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field; MBA or asset
• Experience with KEIs, KPIs, and contractual governance (SLAs, contracts).
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and risk management skills.
