Senior Director of Construction and Operations, IPP

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end construction and operations for a growing solar PV, BESS, and wind asset portfolio.
• Own EPC construction scope, schedule, and budget; drive commissioning and risk mitigation.
• Oversee external operators, asset managers, and vendors for plant operations and financial services.
• Direct project delivery teams from EPC kickoff through COD to ensure predictable delivery.
• Set and enforce safety expectations across EPCs and subcontractors.
• Provide asset optimization, governance, and KPI/SLAs for portfolio performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in renewable energy with construction delivery and asset operations leadership.
• Experience managing multi-project portfolios, EPC procurement, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project finance, tax equity, IE processes, and debt covenants.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field; MBA or asset
• Ability to lead operational strategy, budgeting, and regulatory compliance close to capital
