Senior Director of Data and Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead data & analytics org, translate strategy into staffing plans and roadmaps.
• Oversee end-to-end data platform evolution across medallion architecture.
• Mentor data engineering, analytics/BI, governance, QA teams.
• Collaborate with ops, finance, tech to prioritize analytics and integrations.
• Establish data governance, quality, security, and coding standards.
• Evaluate AI-assisted tools to boost velocity and delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS, DS, IS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years data engineering/analytics/BI; 5+ years in people leadership.
• 5+ years with cloud data platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL).
• Strong BI experience (Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of data architecture patterns (medallion, lakehouse).
• Proven ability to build and retain high-performing teams.
