Senior Director of Engineering, Developer and Agent Experience

📋 Description

• Define the AI-native platform enabling AI-driven development
• Build agent orchestration, model access, governance, and AI marketplace
• Create workflows converting PRDs into executable code and tests
• Re-architect inner/outer loops to reduce PR creation, code reviews friction
• Partner with Engineering, Product and Design to standardize AI tool usage
• Own north-star metrics, dashboards, and cost governance

🎯 Requirements

• Deep technical proficiency in applied AI and agent architectures
• 15+ years in software engineering with senior leadership
• Proven experience building and scaling developer platforms
• Design end-to-end workflows and long-term platform roadmaps
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and developer-facing APIs
• Experience navigating PCI/SOX-like compliance and governance
