🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 10-15 years in financial analysis/FP&A/finance
8+ years in Aerospace & Defense industry
Experience in FP&A, controls, pricing, EV, budgeting and ERP transforms
Strong US GAAP knowledge in gov contracting or manufacturing
Familiar with government contract structures (T&M, CPFF, FFP)
Advanced Excel, financial modeling, AI tools, data analysis
