📋 Description

• Lead a team to architect, analyze, and qualify spacecraft bus platforms for diverse missions.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Development, System Engineering, Software, and Operations to
• Define mission hardware strategies and ensure milestones are met for each program.
• Oversee mechanical and electrical ground support equipment (MGSE/EGSE) design for production.
• Mentor managers and scale the team in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive mission feasibility and support proposals, cost models, and pre-contract work.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in designing/managing high-reliability systems (spacecraft, autonomous vehicles, drones).
• 8+ years in people management of engineers and engineering managers.
• B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong leadership, program management, and communication skills.
• Experience delivering complex engineering projects from concept to deployment, with budget/schedule
• Ability to adapt roles/responsibilities in a fast-paced setting with new challenges weekly.
