Senior Director, Oncology Program Management

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor the program management group for oncology clinical development
• Develop global product development strategies with cross-functional alignment
• Establish processes for governance and strategic decision-making
• Plan and execute projects per global development strategies
• Coordinate milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks in PM systems
• Drive alliance management and leadership of oversight committees

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• 12+ years overall experience; 10+ years in drug development or related fields
• Proven leadership of complex programs and cross-functional initiatives
• 5+ years leadership in multicultural/international environments
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk management, and budget governance
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Project/Outlook; PMP a plus
