📋 Description

• Lead strategic operational and technology initiatives from planning to go-live.
• Manage multiple enterprise projects with clear deliverables and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive technology implementations across Patient Access and Pre-Access revenue cycle functions.
• Partner with operational teams, vendors, and clients to redesign workflows and improve front-end
• Monitor KPIs like denials reduction, collections, labor efficiency, and cost-to-collect.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant healthcare revenue cycle ops experience (Patient Access/Pre-Access).
• Experience leading complex operational/technology implementations in enterprise healthcare.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with revenue cycle tech vendors (Waystar, Experian) preferred.
