Lead the evolution of the HRBP function as an organizational architect.
Manage a small team of HRBPs and partner with senior leaders to drive talent outcomes.
Operate fully remote with a distributed team across most US states.

🎯 Requirements

10–12+ years in progressive HR roles with senior HRBP or HR leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred; HR certification a plus.
Experience with a mixed workforce in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments.
Fluent in multi-state US employment law and wage/hour for non-exempt staff.
Experience scaling HR infrastructure in growth-stage companies; ability to translate business
Strong analytical capability and ability to leverage HR data to drive outcomes.
