📋 Description

• Provide strategic oversight of the psychiatry pillar within Neuroscience Therapeutic Area.
• Lead Precision Medicine Leads supporting psychiatry trials and biomarker strategies.
• Drive precision medicine impact to the pipeline across the psychiatry portfolio.
• Set long-term scientific direction and align with cross-functional and enterprise goals.
• Build external relationships; represent AbbVie in consortia and congresses.
• Prioritize emerging trends and pioneer innovative solutions for future needs.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Science or related field with 14+ years of experience; or Masters (20y) or Bachelors (22y)
• Proven ability to innovate with a track record of new or improved product releases.
• Ability to advise across AbbVie on risk management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
