📋 Description

• Own multi-year strategy for fintech solutions, define priorities and growth opportunities.
• Manage business performance with revenue targets, margins, and transaction volume.
• Define strategic positioning within payments and embedded finance ecosystems.
• Build executive-level business cases and translate vision into operating plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in payments, consumer financing, embedded finance, or related fintech sectors.
• Proven P&L ownership and revenue accountability for a product line or business unit.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with processors, banks, lenders, or fintech
• Strong understanding of payment economics, lending models, and fintech ecosystems.
• Track record building and executing go-to-market strategies for adoption and revenue growth.
• Leadership across sales, operations, finance, and technology with executive stakeholder visibility.
