Senior Director, Product Security

📋 Description

• Define and drive the implementation of the strategy in line with the Product Security Mission &
• Manage a large team of product security engineers across multiple workstreams, following agile/lean
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity leadership team to support delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Work with and influence product and engineering leaders to ensure secure delivery and implemented
• Proactively manage the delivery of enhancements to Product Security services / capabilities.
• Report on security KPIs to drive improvements across engineering security posture.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience moving security function from gatekeeper to business enabler.
• Proven track record with leading security initiatives from concept to production.
• Experience leading product/application security teams.
• Experience in application security in builder/defender/breaker capacity.
• Experience with modern DevSecOps tools and processes.
• Self-starter, technology and security hobbyist, enthusiast.
