Senior Director, Security Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead a Security Engineering team to secure Ripple’s products, infrastructure, and IT systems.
• Define security strategy and embed security across the technology stack.
• Ensure AI tooling and agentic workflows are secure, controlled, and auditable.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in security engineering, 5+ years in leadership/management.
• Hands-on AI security experience with LLMs, AI agents, and development guardrails.
• Security architecture expertise across cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), modern stacks, and networks.
• Cryptographic, secure coding, and OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities knowledge.
• Experience with OAuth, SAML, OIDC; IAM and corporate security policy enforcement.
• Threat modeling and risk identification; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical
