Provide technical judgment on migration, governance, and data retention.
Advise leadership on integration risk at the program level.
Set API design and documentation standards; oversee API access.
Represent technical authority in governance forums and Steering Committee.

🎯 Requirements

US Citizenship; active Public Trust clearance.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent exp); 12+ yrs exp, incl. 4 yrs consulting mgmt/tech.
Deep gov-scale experience in enterprise integration and data strategy.
Proven ability to lead complex, high-visibility programs.
