🎯 Requirements

15+ years in software engineering
5+ years leading engineering teams
Experience owning large-scale web/mobile products
CCaaS, AI/ML fluency, and data-driven mindset
Regulated domain experience (HIPAA a plus)
Strong cross-functional leadership
