📋 Description

• Lead and grow the Funding & Payments engineering team, with a defined path to expanding

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in technical leadership roles managing
• Proven track record leading engineering for complex, regulated fintech, lending, or payments
• Deep experience with distributed, event-driven microservices architectures supporting high-volume
• Strong cloud-native architecture expertise (AWS or equivalent), API design, and modern CI/CD
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across Product, Risk, and Compliance.
