Senior Director, Strategic Analytics

📋 Description

• Own strategic analytics across clinical quality and hospital ranking domains.
• Bridge quality, coding/CDI, clinical operations, and analytics/IT teams.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML and rules-based algorithms to detect gaps in documentation, coding, and
• Lead Databricks data pipelines, feature stores, and model governance for EHR/claims/quality data.
• Provide executive-level insights on ranking trends and strategic implications of methodology
• Design dashboards and indicators to monitor ranking trajectories and drive performance improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical background or graduate degree in Clinical/Health Informatics with hands-on clinical
• 10+ years in clinical informatics/quality analytics with hospital ranking experience.
• 5+ years building data pipelines/ML models in Databricks; strong SQL and Python.
• Experience applying AI/ML (NLP/LLM) to clinical/claims data for gap detection and risk
• Deep knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, risk-adjustment models (APR-DRG, MS-DRG, HCC/RAF).
• Ability to work independently with director-level autonomy and communicate findings to physicians
