📋 Description

  • Provide strategic and technical leadership for SI/MEL across Health Programs.
  • Establish portfolio-wide SI/MEL frameworks, tools, and standards.
  • Oversee SI/MEL across projects; ensure data is timely, accurate, actionable.
  • Address methodological challenges across awards and data gaps.
  • Strengthen governance and interoperability across platforms (DHIS2, EMRs, LIMS).
  • Support donor reporting and evidence-based decision making.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in relevant field.
  • 15 years of relevant exp, or 12 with master’s, 9 with PhD, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years leadership and people-management experience.
  • Proven leadership of complex strategic programs at national/international scale.
  • Expertise in SI/MEL, surveillance, analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Strong quantitative/qualitative methods, data viz, digital systems.

🎁 Benefits
