• 12+ years in strategic/operational roles or consulting.
• Proven enterprise initiative leadership in matrixed orgs.
• Strong budgeting, planning, and resource mgmt.
• Exceptional program mgmt and stakeholder mgmt.
• Ability to influence execs and drive outcomes.
• Track record of scalable operating models.
