Senior Director Team Security

📋 Description

• Lead proactive/preventative security for MSG’s NY Knicks/related personnel globally.
• Oversee business continuity and crisis management efforts.
• Manage player-specific needs and appearances per MSG policies.
• Collaborate with MSG’s Intelligence, Investigations, and event teams on security planning.
• Coordinate security for team events, travel, and on-site operations.
• Provide guidance on security budgets and SOPs within the department.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of related security operations/management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Strong written/spoken communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and execute security plans; travel year-round.
• Experience with emergency planning/business continuity and crisis response.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and maintain professional relationships with diverse groups.
