Senior Earth Observation Engineer

📋 Description

• Derive mission and payload requirements with customers and teams
• Drive optical payload development and test with suppliers
• Develop on-ground and in-orbit test and calibration strategy
• Define onboard and on-ground data processing strategies
• Support CONOPS development and business development for EO missions
• Participate in test campaigns, launches, and commissioning

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as space systems engineer on earth observation missions
• Familiar with image quality metrics and imagery calibration (geometric, radiometric, spectral)
• Experience in optical payloads
• Python coding for at least one year
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to work in fast-paced development and hands-on environment
